Creamy Tomato Vegetable Soup
with organic falafel balls

Ingredients
- 5 pcs. Onions, coarsely diced
- 200 g Celer, pieces
- 500 g Courgettes, coarsely diced
- 2 kg Canned tomatos
- 600 g Vegetable stock
- 300 ml frischli Organic Oat Creme Cuisine
- Vegeta Organic Falafel Balls
- Olive oil
- Pepper, black
- Salt
- Sugar
- Parsley
Preparation
- Heat some oil in a large pot. Sauté onions, celery and courgettes in it.
- Add tomatoes and stock. Leave to simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
- Blend all ingredients well, add frischli Organic Oat Creme Cuisine, bring to a boil and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Prepare Vegeta Organic Falafel Balls according to the instructions and serve with the tomato vegetable soup.
- Finally, the soup can be garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
