Ingredients for 10 Persons
- 120 g light-coloured sponge base, finely diced
- 30 g meringue, roughly chopped
- 1 kg frischli Panna cotta pudding
- 150 g strawberries, sliced
- 150 g kiwi, diced
Preparation
- Mix the sponge cake and meringue and portion out half.
- Spread half of the frischli Panna cotta pudding on top.
- Pile the rest of the sponge cake and meringue mixture on top and spread the remaining pudding on top.
- Garnish the desserts with strawberry slices and diced kiwi.
