Neuseeland – Pavlova-Tart-Dessert im Glas mit Panna-Cotta-Pudding, Erdbeere & Kiwi

Ingredients for 10 Persons

  • 120 g light-coloured sponge base, finely diced
  • 30 g meringue, roughly chopped
  • 1 kg frischli Panna cotta pudding
  • 150 g strawberries, sliced
  • 150 g kiwi, diced

Preparation

  1. Mix the sponge cake and meringue and portion out half.
  2. Spread half of the frischli Panna cotta pudding on top.
  3. Pile the rest of the sponge cake and meringue mixture on top and spread the remaining pudding on top.
  4. Garnish the desserts with strawberry slices and diced kiwi.
