Ingredients for 10 Persons
- 1 kg GASTRO frischli Solid Yoghurt 3.5 %
- 300 g apricots
- 150 g honey
- 50 g almonds
Preparation
- Arrange the GASTRO frischli Solid Yoghurt 3.5 % in small bowls.
- Pit apricots, cut in thin slices and marinate in yoghurt.
- Drizzle honey on yoghurt.
- Chop almonds und sprinkle them on top.
