Greek Summer Yoghurt with Apricots, Honey & Almonds

Ingredients for 10 Persons

  • 1 kg GASTRO frischli Solid Yoghurt 3.5 %
  • 300 g apricots
  • 150 g honey
  • 50 g almonds

Preparation

  1. Arrange the GASTRO frischli Solid Yoghurt 3.5 % in small bowls.
  2. Pit apricots, cut in thin slices and marinate in yoghurt.
  3. Drizzle honey on yoghurt.
  4. Chop almonds und sprinkle them on top.
