Ingredients for 10 Persons
- 500 ml frischli Organic Oat Creme Cuisine
- 500 ml frischli Organic Oat Drink
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 g Turmeric
- 3 g Vanilla powder
- 5 g Agar-agar
- 50 g Starch
- Sugar for dusting
Possible derivatives:
- Panna cotta: Use frischli Organic Oat Creme Cuisine only
- Dessert cream: Blend well when the mixture has cooled down
- Crème Caramel: Replace frischli Organic Oat Drink with silken tofu
Preparation
- Mix or blend all ingredients when cold until smooth.
- Bring to a boil in a large pot and simmer for 1 minute – keep stirring.
- If necessary, strain through a sieve and pour into the preferred dessert dishes or, for a panna cotta, into a greased silicone mould.
- Allow the mixture to cool down and remove any residual moisture from the top.
- Dust with sugar, shake off the excess and caramelize evenly with a culinary torch.
