with raspberries & butter biscuits

Cheesecake Dessert-Trifle „Himbeer-Butterkeks“

Ingredients for 10 Persons

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 20 g sugar
  • 10 g cornflour
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g butter biscuits (20 pieces)
  • 1 kg frischli Cheesecake Dessert

Preparation

  1. Set aside 10 raspberries for garnishing, heat the rest with 50 ml water and sugar, mix the starch with the remaining water, add to the raspberries and bring to the boil briefly while stirring. Allow the raspberry sauce to cool briefly and chill.
  2. Chop the butter biscuits and set aside 10 pieces for the garnish.
  3. Layer the frischli Cheesecake Dessert, butter biscuits and raspberry sauce (starting and ending with the cheesecake dessert).
  4. Finally, garnish the desserts with biscuit pieces and raspberries.
