Ingredients for 10 Persons
- 280 g frischli Whipping Cream 32 %
- 75 g Icing sugar
- 125 g frischli Raspberry Puree
- 125 g frischli Strawberry Puree
Preparation
- Whip frischli Whipping Cream 32 %, mix with frischli Strawberry Puree and fill into glasses.
- Whip frischli Whipping Cream 32 %, mix with frischli Raspberry Puree and add the mousse as a second layer on top.
- Garnish as desired, e.g. with meringue pieces and fruits.
