Ingredients for 10 Persons

  • 280 g frischli Whipping Cream 32 %
  • 75 g Icing sugar
  • 125 g frischli Raspberry Puree
  • 125 g frischli Strawberry Puree

Preparation

  1. Whip frischli Whipping Cream 32 %, mix with frischli Strawberry Puree and fill into glasses.
  2. Whip frischli Whipping Cream 32 %, mix with frischli Raspberry Puree and add the mousse as a second layer on top.
  3. Garnish as desired, e.g. with meringue pieces and fruits.
