Crisp Avocado Sticks
with Yoghurt-Chili Dip

Ingredients for 10 Persons
Ingredients: Avocado sticks
- 4 avocados
- 200 g nachos
- 100 g roasted onions
- 250 g whole egg (5 eggs)
- 5 g salt
- cayenne pepper
- 50 g flour
Ingredients: Yoghurt-Chili Dip
- 1 kg Creme frischli 10 %
- 100 g sambal oelek
- 5 g salt
- 20 g sugar
- 10 g pink pepper berries
Preparation
Preparation: avocado sticks
- Peel avocados and cut into 6 slices each.
- Crumble the nachos and fried onions in the blender.
- Whisk eggs with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Roll the avocado slices first in flour, then in egg, finally in the nacho roasted onion mixture.
- Place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
Preparation: Yoghurt-Chili Dip
- Mix Creme frischli 10 % with sambal oelek, salt and sugar.
- Garnish with a couple of pink pepper berries.
Tip: Use additional coriander leaves as decoration.
