Ingredients for 10 Persons

  • 80 g organic carrots, peeled
  • 50 g organic sultanas
  • 800 g frischli Organic Rice Pudding

Preparation

  1. Finely grate the carrots and finely chop the sultanas.
  2. Mix the sultanas and 50 g of the carrots with the frischli Organic Rice Pudding.
  3. Portion the rice pudding into glasses and garnish with the remaining grated carrots.
