Ingredients for 10 Persons
- 80 g organic carrots, peeled
- 50 g organic sultanas
- 800 g frischli Organic Rice Pudding
Preparation
- Finely grate the carrots and finely chop the sultanas.
- Mix the sultanas and 50 g of the carrots with the frischli Organic Rice Pudding.
- Portion the rice pudding into glasses and garnish with the remaining grated carrots.
