Fruity Cheesecake

Ingredients for 10 Persons

  • 250 g frischli Crème Double Cream
  • 500 g frischli Cheescake Dessert
  • 5 Gelatine leaves
  • 20 g Butter
  • 100 g Biscuit crumbles
  • 150 g frischli Strawberry Puree
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 125 ml Water
  • 1 pack Red fruit glaze

Preparation

  1. Create a firm cake base from biscuit crumbles and butter, and press into small cake rings.
  2. Soak the gelatine. Mix frischli Crème Double Cream and frischli Cheesecake Dessert, dissolve the gelatine and add it to the mixture. Stir well and fill into the cake rings. Refrigerate for 1h.
  3. Then, mix the red fruit glaze with sugar, stir-in water and frischli Strawberry Puree, bring to boil briefly and pour a layer of fruit jelly glaze on top of the cakes.
  4. Remove the cakes from the ring and decorate e.g. with fresh berries.
