Ingredients for 10 Persons

  • 800 g frischli Rice Pudding
  • 200 g frischli Fruit Puree Blackcurrant
  • 50 g Sugar or agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix frischli Rice Pudding with frischli Fruit Puree Blackcurrant and fill into dessert glasses.
  2. Bring the remaining fruit puree to taste with sugar or agave syrup and add a layer of puree to the glass.
  3. Decorate with fresh fruit.
